Re-release of Smith & Mighty's B-line Fi Blow, with Rob Smith featuring Gaddiel on Living in Unity. Mad garage riddims, big bass and the kind of vocals to remind us of Congo Natty's heyday. Awesome stuff, cop it here.

New DJ Troubl minimix - Avalanche
Avalanche Minimix by djtroubl
Troubl has got to be the most underrated producer in history, and should need no introduction if you've been following the blog. As for those who haven't, see below for details. Here we see him move seamlessly between dubstep and electro, passing by way of his recent Foreign Beggars-laced track Who's the Fool.
Here's a sample from his earlier Dubabreaks vol 1, for those that don't know:

Skinnyman - Council Estate of Grime (teaser vid)
Skinnyman's Council Estate of Mind made him legend of UK hip hop, and he may bring from that scene exactly what grime is largely missing - a bit of soul and maturity in the content. His set on Logan Sama gave the impression that he intends to recycle some of his old material for the long-awaiting Council Estate of Grime, which is probably the only problem I have as I'm itching to hear something new from him. This vid is a good sign, with new flow, new haircut, only thing is nobody seems to have him told that this "f-u-c-k the h-o-o-k" thing constitutes a hook by most definitions. Not that any of us are complaining...
No going back (Guido mix)
Yeah yeah I haven't posted shit since last year, but don't worry I plan to make up for that. If you don't know about the Bristolian dubstep sensation known as Guido then get to know. This track sounds like some RnB from the 80s but with that menacing bass griminess we all love. Big tune, cop it here.
